We use "Restless Kids" to denote both the website and the services provided within it. Terms such as "Restless Kids," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the company operating the website and its services. "Class Providers" are our primary clients, and "Carers" are the public audience we serve. In general, anyone utilizing the website and reading this Policy is referred to as "you."

Who Controls the Use of My Information?

All Users:

Payment services are facilitated through Gocardless, and thus, we do not acquire bank details or credit/debit card information from users.

Given the nature of our website, if you are a Class Provider, we may receive personal data about you from a Parent/Legal Guardian who purchased a class from you. Likewise, if you are a Parent/Legal Guardian, we may receive personal data about you from a Class Provider who sold a class to you.

Children's Data

When a Parent/Legal Guardian books a class, we request certain details about the child. This information is shared with the relevant Class Provider for class age verification, payment tracking, and class attendance. Neither we nor the Class Provider directly communicate with minors via the website. Information is provided with the Parent/Legal Guardian's consent, and Class Providers are bound by our Terms of Service regarding data security.

How We Use Your Personal Information

Restless Kids collects, uses, shares, and processes the information we have about you solely for the purposes described in this Policy and where legally permitted. Legal bases for such processing include:

Compliance with legal obligations, court orders, or exercising and defending legal claims.

Class Providers can access much of their data by viewing their class profile pages on Restless Kids. Carers and Class Providers needing additional information can request a copy of their personal information by emailing us at hello@restlesskids.co.uk. When legally mandated, we will provide your information in an easily accessible format and aid in transferring it to third parties.

RECTIFY, RESTRICT, LIMIT, DELETE

You have the ability to rectify, restrict, limit, or delete much of the personal information we hold about you by emailing us at hello@restlesskids.co.uk. We will execute the requested rectifications, restrictions, limitations, or deletions accordingly.

OBJECT
