Dance Class (6-10 years)

Dance is an excellent way for children to develop many different physical skills. These include balance, flexibility, strength, conditioning, posture, agility, and stamina. Dance also teaches children how to exercise safely and how to look after their bodies.

This class will be a fun and energetic musical theatre style dance class which will include different dance styles including Jazz and contemporary dance.

The children will have the opportunity to create their own dances and warm ups and then learn a piece of choreography from musicals such as Matilda.

The class will cool down with some much-needed relaxation and stretching.

All abilities welcome.
