Playball teaches children all the essential sports and movement skills from the ground up using an unrivalled programme developed over 30 years. The lessons incorporate football, basketball, hockey, baseball, netball, cricket and tennis skills and is perfect for children aged 18 months to 7 years old. We help children develop fundamental building blocks of sport, agility balance and coordination, as well as the key elements of physical fitness - endurance, strength and flexibility.
