STAGE2 YOUTH THEATRE

Stage2 runs on Sundays every term from The Hub, Hazelwell, B14 7NH and is for everyone aged 7-21!.

There are several options to choose from each term, and these vary each time, but they will always include:

Show Rehearsals – join the chorus (morning rehearsal), or the cast and tech team (all-day rehearsal), and be part of a production.

Stage1 – our morning workshop for 7–10 year olds, perfect for having fun and making friends.

Morning Workshop and Afternoon Workshop – typically one workshop is more general, focusing on having fun and building skills, and the other is more specialised, expanding the knowledge of those who take part.

Sessions run on Sundays 9:30am–1pm and 1:30pm–5pm, with the option to stay all day for both slots at no extra cost.

Stage2 is more than a youth theatre and offers a wide range of additional opportunities, including accredited qualifications, social events, leadership schemes, technical theatre training, trips, and more. We welcome everyone, no matter their background, gender, sexuality, race, confidence, ability, experience, or personal circumstances.

Stage2 prides itself on being an open-access space, which means there is no audition and no waiting list to join. Cost is never a barrier to participation, due to our subsidy fund, which offers full or partial support. We also offer taster sessions for £10 and sibling discounts.
