Description
The Young Technicians Academy offers young people the opportunity to learn all aspects of Live Events, from sound to lighting, coding to music production and so much more.
Our classes are for students ages 7 to 18 and our aim is to introduce our students to the world of Live Events behind the scenes. Students can learn to programme their own lighting, create their own music and code their own games.
We also team up with our performing arts department, Limelight Academy, to provide tech for shows and performances. Limelight Academy run classes in several disciplines of dance, musical theatre and acting, as well as providing the opportunity to gain a LAMDA qualification.
